Copyright and Trademark Takedown Policy

How rights holders can report SVG assets, logos, or related metadata that should be reviewed, corrected, or removed from PrivateTools.

Who can submit a request

We accept takedown requests from rights holders and people authorized to act on their behalf, including copyright owners, trademark owners, brand teams, and legal representatives.

What to include

  • Your full name, organization, and contact email.
  • The exact asset name and URL on PrivateTools.
  • A brief explanation of the issue, such as copyright ownership, trademark misuse, or brand-guideline conflict.
  • Proof that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
  • Any official source URLs, brand guidelines, or supporting documents that help us verify the request.

Where to send it

Email requests to privatetools.monsoon884@passinbox.com.

Please use a clear subject line such as Takedown request, Trademark complaint, or Copyright complaint.

How we handle requests

We review requests in good faith and may temporarily disable, update, or remove content while reviewing. We may also ask for more information before making a final decision.

If a request is validated, we may remove the asset, revise the metadata, or replace the source reference. If a request does not include enough information to verify ownership or authority, we may not be able to act on it.
